While our Concierge packages are ideally designed to meet most owners’ needs, we also offer an à la carte menu enabling you to select services to meet your priorities, and to supplement your package as you wish. Rates per service are as follows:
The freehold owner shall give two sets of keys to the manager, which are then held in a safe and secure location and handled only by trained and qualified staff.
Upon agreeing to this service, the freehold owner is declaring that he/she has not given another key/set to any other party. Collection of keys by any person other than the owner will require prior arrangement, in writing and to include photo identification of the individual collecting.
The freehold owner is required to advise concierge services in advance concerning collection and drop off of keys, as reception working hours are subject to seasonal variance.

Concierge services will require a minimum of 48 hours notice in which to organise our team of professionals, in order to carry out the following ‘spring clean’ task list:
Kitchen – Clean inside/outside kitchen cupboards, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge; defrost freezer. De-scale and clean kitchen sink taps
Damp wipe all kitchen work surfaces, clean hob/grill, sweep and wash hard surface floors. Damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards, doors and door frames.
Bathrooms – Remove litter and dirt, scrub and disinfect bathroom basins, floors and toilet. Clean and de-scale bath and showers fittings, shower doors and tiles. Wipe surfaces including skirting, doors and door frames; clean mirrors and windows.
Bedrooms – Remove dirt and mop floors; clean mirrors, windows and window sills/ledges. Clean pictures, fixtures and fittings, in addition to inside cupboards and wardrobes. Strip or prepare bedding.
Living room – Remove dirt and mop floors. Clean mirrors, pictures, fixtures and fittings. Clean furniture, including sofas and chairs, windows, window ledges. Wipe doors, door frames and skirting.
Terrace/Balcony – Remove dirt and mop floors. Clean furniture fixtures and fittings. Where applicable protect terrace furniture and store inside.

The team will require a minimum of 4 hours per two-bedroom apartment and 4.5 hours per three-bedroom apartment.

It is inevitable that with a new build there will be substantial dust, dirt and the residue of building substances, which all need to be dealt with prior to the delivery of furniture or after a refurbishment. Our task list is as follows:

Concierge services will carry out a single maintenance check informing you of any necessary maintenance or repair work, providing you with relevant quotes. Upon your written approval, the work in detail will be carried out by fully trained and specialised engineers/technicians.

Concierge services, via the network of insurance companies, will collate fully comprehensive household and earthquake policies. The set up fee covers a single search including the following:

Concierge services will ensure full representation and assistance is provided for one General Meeting a year. On request, concierge services will attend on your behalf, voice any of your requests and concerns and update you on the events and any outcomes from the meeting.

Concierge services will forward a single written report by email detailing incidents, recommendations or work carried out concerning the property.

|Mail Collection & Forwarding||
The annual fee is in conjunction with the key holding service as access to the property is required. Delivered post will be collected on a monthly basis and securely stored until your subsequent visit. Mail forwarding would incur additional costs and be subject to local postal terms and conditions.
A single starter pack will include 1.5 litres of water, 1 litre of milk, tea bags, coffee and sugar sachets.
A single welcome pack will include 1.5 litres of water, 1 litre of milk, 1 litre of fruit juice, tea bags, coffee, sugar sachets, bread, butter, marmalade, eggs and biscuits.
A single grocery pack will include 1.5 litres of water, 1 litre of milk, 1 litre of fruit juice, tea bags, coffee, sugar sachets, bread, butter, marmalade, eggs and biscuits, 1 bottle of wine, beer and Coca Cola.

|Administration, Utilities and taxes||
Concierge services will manage the administration of utility bills, fees and any property and environment taxes associated with your property. A deposit of €200 will be requested and held to manage the administration of utility fees. Payment of receipts, along with balance of deposit, will be communicated via email and hard copies safely stored and handed over upon your subsequent visit.
