While our Concierge packages are ideally designed to meet most owners’ needs, we also offer an à la carte menu enabling you to select services to meet your priorities, and to supplement your package as you wish. Rates per service are as follows:

Key Holding
€50

The freehold owner shall give two sets of keys to the manager, which are then held in a safe and secure location and handled only by trained and qualified staff.

Upon agreeing to this service, the freehold owner is declaring that he/she has not given another key/set to any other party. Collection of keys by any person other than the owner will require prior arrangement, in writing and to include photo identification of the individual collecting.

The freehold owner is required to advise concierge services in advance concerning collection and drop off of keys, as reception working hours are subject to seasonal variance.

Airing & Security Checks
€70

Concierge services will carry out a single visit during which we will:

  • - Open the windows and shutters to thoroughly air the property.
  • - Carry out a comprehensive visual check of interiors and exteriors.
  • - Make a visual check of electrical systems and appliances.
  • - Flush toilets, run taps and showers to avoid stagnant water.
  • - Collect post, if applicable.
  • - Ensure the property has been secured; carrying out a full examination of the exteriors, checking for signs of damage and any potential breach of security and informing the authorities where necessary.
  • - Liaise with the security company and local authorities if required.
  • - Upon completion of the property check, report back to the owner by email.
  • - Follow up on all abnormalities, provided we have the owner’s instruction to do so.
Spring-Clean
€100 per clean

Concierge services will require a minimum of 48 hours notice in which to organise our team of professionals, in order to carry out the following ‘spring clean’ task list:

Kitchen – Clean inside/outside kitchen cupboards, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge; defrost freezer. De-scale and clean kitchen sink taps

Damp wipe all kitchen work surfaces, clean hob/grill, sweep and wash hard surface floors. Damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards, doors and door frames.

Bathrooms – Remove litter and dirt, scrub and disinfect bathroom basins, floors and toilet. Clean and de-scale bath and showers fittings, shower doors and tiles. Wipe surfaces including skirting, doors and door frames; clean mirrors and windows.

Bedrooms – Remove dirt and mop floors; clean mirrors, windows and window sills/ledges. Clean pictures, fixtures and fittings, in addition to inside cupboards and wardrobes. Strip or prepare bedding.

Living room – Remove dirt and mop floors. Clean mirrors, pictures, fixtures and fittings. Clean furniture, including sofas and chairs, windows, window ledges. Wipe doors, door frames and skirting.

Terrace/Balcony – Remove dirt and mop floors. Clean furniture fixtures and fittings. Where applicable protect terrace furniture and store inside.

Please note the following:

Dates will be at six month intervals or upon specific dates given by you The Owner.

The team will require a minimum of 4 hours per two-bedroom apartment and 4.5 hours per three-bedroom apartment.

The clean does not include professional carpet and upholstery cleaning. If this is a task you would like carried out you can contact the property services team for a personalised quote.

Builders’ Clean*
€100 per clean (approx.)

Concierge services will supply staff specialised in shell and core or refurbishment fit out cleans.

It is inevitable that with a new build there will be substantial dust, dirt and the residue of building substances, which all need to be dealt with prior to the delivery of furniture or after a refurbishment. Our task list is as follows:

  • - Deep cleaning of all skirting boards and floors.
  • - Deep cleaning of all doors and door frames.
  • - Deep cleaning of all window frames and window sills.
  • - Cleaning of all light switches and sockets.
  • - Cleaning of electrical boxes.

Kitchen

    - Cleaning of kitchen cupboards and white appliances if fitted.
  • - Cleaning and protecting kitchen work surfaces.
  • - Removal of factory protective packaging and adhesive residue.

Bathroom

  • - Cleaning of bathroom units.
  • - Cleaning and protecting unit tops.
  • - Removal of factory protective packaging and adhesive residue.

Living room and bedrooms

  • - Cleaning of fitted wardrobes.
  • - Cleaning of air conditioning unit or ceiling fan, if applicable.
  • - Removal of factory protective packaging and adhesive residue.

Please note the following:

  • - A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for the service.
  • - A two-bedroom apartment will require a minimum of 4 hours.
  • - A three-bedroom apartment will require a minimum of 4.5 hours.
Maintenance Service
€50p.a.

Concierge services will carry out a single maintenance check informing you of any necessary maintenance or repair work, providing you with relevant quotes. Upon your written approval, the work in detail will be carried out by fully trained and specialised engineers/technicians.

Insurance
€50 set up fee

Concierge services, via the network of insurance companies, will collate fully comprehensive household and earthquake policies. The set up fee covers a single search including the following:

  • - Receiving a detailed report of the owner’s requirements.
  • - Sourcing an insurance company specialising in those requirements.
  • - Forwarding policies to the owner for review and acceptance.
Representation at General Meetings
€50 per meeting

Concierge services will ensure full representation and assistance is provided for one General Meeting a year. On request, concierge services will attend on your behalf, voice any of your requests and concerns and update you on the events and any outcomes from the meeting.

Property Condition Reports
€70 each

Concierge services will forward a single written report by email detailing incidents, recommendations or work carried out concerning the property.

The report will cover the following:

    - General appearance of interior and exterior walls.
  • - General condition following a rental period.
  • - General condition following a holiday stay.
  • - General condition of interior furniture, fixtures and fittings.
  • - General condition of patio/terrace furniture, fixtures and fittings.
Mail Collection & Forwarding
On request

The annual fee is in conjunction with the key holding service as access to the property is required.  Delivered post will be collected on a monthly basis and securely stored until your subsequent visit. Mail forwarding would incur additional costs and be subject to local postal terms and conditions.

Starter Pack
€5

A single starter pack will include 1.5 litres of water, 1 litre of milk, tea bags, coffee and sugar sachets.

Welcome Pack
€15

A single welcome pack will include 1.5 litres of water, 1 litre of milk, 1 litre of fruit juice, tea bags, coffee, sugar sachets, bread, butter, marmalade, eggs and biscuits.

Grocery pack
€35

A single grocery pack will include 1.5 litres of water, 1 litre of milk, 1 litre of fruit juice, tea bags, coffee, sugar sachets, bread, butter, marmalade, eggs and biscuits, 1 bottle of wine, beer and Coca Cola.

Holiday Package
€90

Administration, Utilities and taxes
On request

Concierge services will manage the administration of utility bills, fees and any property and environment taxes associated with your property. A deposit of €200 will be requested and held to manage the administration of utility fees. Payment of receipts, along with balance of deposit, will be communicated via email and hard copies safely stored and handed over upon your subsequent visit.

Legal Services
On request

Referrals service matching the right legal professional with your requirements. Concierge services, via a network of reputable, well established law firms, will offer a single referral consisting of:

  • - Receiving a detailed breakdown of your requirements.
  • - Sourcing a legal professional that can communicate in your preferred language.
Financial Services
On request

Concierge services will offer a single referral consisting of:

  • - Sourcing local banking products to match your needs.
  • - Searching for banks that offer your preferred language.
Office Services
On request

Concierge services offer a comprehensive range of administrative services, including translation of documents, photocopying and internet based services.

We offer a first-rate, professional builders’ clean service - from those required for first occupancy, down to small refurbishments. Our experience, flexibility and attention to detail, combined with our first-hand understanding of the construction industry, mean you can be confident of the best solution, tailored to your requirements, whether that entails shell and core i.e. a new build with only core appliances fitted, or following complete fit out with furniture and furnishings.

 

Travelling with babies & toddlers

For those of you travelling with young children, you can pre-book a cot and a high-chair. These will be placed in your unit upon arrival, or beforehand upon prior arrangement. Pushchairs are also available for hire.
